*What happens during a "Live Toy Play" session?
A Live Toy Play session is a private, live video call where I use my toys and follow your instructions. You choose the duration: Quick Connect (7 min for $30), Standard Session (15 min for $90), or the Extended Rendezvous (30 min for $160) for a deeper experience.*Do you use your voice or talk during live sessions?
By default, live sessions are Video/Text Chat only. If you want me to use my voice or talk during a session, you must add the +$25 Vocal Add-on at the time of booking!*How do I get a custom video made?
Just DM me your request! You can choose a Short Custom Video (2-5 min for $120) or a Feature Custom Video (6-10 min for $275). If your idea is really unique, it might fall under a Complexe Custom Quote (open to discussion).*What is the "Niche Request Fee" for?
The +$22 Niche Request Fee is applied to any request (custom video or live session) that falls outside of my usual content or requires me to purchase a specific prop or outfit. It ensures I can deliver exactly what you're looking for!*What is "Priority Rush Delivery"?

These general terms and conditions govern the provision of personalized content services and live sessions ("the Services") offered by Lilith (the Publisher) to her clients. By placing an order or accessing the Services, the Client acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these terms in their entirety without restriction or reservation.3. Order and Payment Policy
3.1. Acceptance of Order and Pricing
* The ordering process is formalized by the Client's explicit request and the Publisher's subsequent acceptance.
* Prices for the Services are indicated in USD and are payable in full before the execution of any Service.
* For live sessions or custom content, full payment is due at the time of booking to reserve the time slot and before the execution of the Service.
* Payment is made through the payment platforms mentioned below.3.2. Payment for Exclusive Content & Services
Payment for all exclusive content, performances, and specific adult services is exclusively accepted via: OnlyFans / Fansly.3.3. Voluntary Support (Tips & Gifts)
Tips (Ko-fi) and Gifts (Throne Wishlist) are accepted as friendly, voluntary support only. They are strictly not an exchange for any service, goods, or content listed in section 3.2, whether explicit or implied.3.4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Terms
* Cancellation by the Client: Any cancellation or request for rescheduling by the Client must be notified at least 6 hours (six hours) in advance to be entitled to a reschedule or an equivalent credit for a future Service.
* Late Cancellation or No-Show: Any cancellation made less than 6 hours in advance or any no-show for the scheduled session will not be refundable.
* Cancellation by the Publisher (Lilith): In the event the Publisher is unable to honor the session or content (technical issue, illness, etc.), the Client reserves the right to request a full refund or a change of schedule at their convenience. The Publisher shall not be liable for any additional compensation or damages beyond these options. The Client has 6 hours from the Publisher's cancellation notification to make contact and choose between a full refund or a reschedule. After this period, the right to request a schedule change or a refund is closed.4. Strict Limits and Engagement Rules (Hard Limits)
The Publisher reserves the absolute right to refuse, modify, or immediately interrupt any interaction that violates the following rules. Any interruption due to the Client's violation of these limits will result in the immediate termination of the session WITHOUT REFUND.The following requests and interactions are strictly prohibited (Hard Limits):* Interactions involving minors (individuals under 18 years of age).
* Requests involving non-consensual bodily fluids (scat/vomit).
* Requests for physical harm or real violence.
* Requests for personal information (address, family, friends, bank details, etc.).
* If at any point I feel uncomfortable with the Client or the situation, I reserve the absolute right to cancel the session at any time without notice, without obligation to justify, and without refund if the reason is related to the Client's conduct.Default Live Interaction Protocol: All live services ("Quick Connect," "Standard Session," "Extended Rendezvous") are conducted as Video/Text Chat only by default. Any request for audio, voice, or conversation during the live session is subject to the "+$25 Vocal Add-on" fee, which must be paid and confirmed prior to the session start. If audio is requested mid-session without prior payment, the session will be paused for payment.4.1. Identity Confidentiality and Image Rights (No Face Policy)
For reasons of privacy and security, the Publisher's (Lilith's) real identity, including her face and/or unique identifying marks, is never exposed or revealed in the content of the Services. The Client acknowledges and accepts that any request, expectation, or attempt for a "face reveal" is strictly prohibited and will be treated as a critical violation of the Hard Limits, resulting in the immediate termination of the session without refund.5. Intellectual Property and Copyright
* Content Ownership: The Publisher (Lilith) retains exclusive and full ownership of the copyrights, intellectual property, and image rights over all content created or shared as part of the Services (video recordings, live sessions, photos, texts, etc.).
* Unauthorized Recording Prohibited: It is strictly forbidden to record, broadcast, distribute, share, or reproduce the content of live sessions or personalized content without the explicit written permission of the Publisher.
* Sanctions: Any violation of this intellectual property clause will be subject to legal prosecution for copyright infringement, in addition to the immediate and permanent ban from accessing the Services.6. Personal Data Protection and Confidentiality (Loi 25 - Quebec / GDPR - EU)
* Data Collected: The Publisher only collects the data necessary for order management and the execution of the Services (payment identifiers on the third-party platform, contact aliases, order history).
* Confidentiality: The Publisher commits never to disclose the Client's personal information to third parties, except in cases of legal obligation.
* No Data Sharing Required: The Client understands and agrees that the Publisher will never request the Client's sensitive personal data (including full name, physical address, or phone number) as part of the Service. Any request by the Client for the Publisher to share or provide the Client's data to a third party will be denied.
* Security: The Publisher takes appropriate measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of data and commits to complying with applicable laws regarding the protection of personal information (including, but not limited to, Loi 25 in Quebec).7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
* Governing Law: These ToS are governed by the laws in force in the Province of Quebec, Canada.
* Jurisdiction: Any dispute relating to the interpretation or execution of these terms shall be submitted to the competent courts of Montreal.
